At HeadZen, we strive to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible.

Courier

We use Aramex as our trusted courier partner for deliveries throughout South Africa.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment has been received and confirmed.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or high order volumes.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. HeadZen cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged before it is handed over to Aramex for delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched and collected by the courier, the shipment is under the care of Aramex. While we will gladly assist in tracking your parcel and communicating with the courier where possible, HeadZen is not liable for any loss, theft, damage, or delay that occurs while your parcel is in transit with the courier.

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives visibly damaged, please contact us at headzen.co.za@gmail.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will assist in opening an investigation with Aramex where applicable.

Although we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, public holidays, or courier operational issues. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
